India’s Cricket Team Drills Deep in Final Practice Ahead of World Cup Semifinals Clash with New Zealand

Ahead of the crucial IND vs NZ World Cup semi-finals clash, the India Cricket Team had a rigorous final practice session. Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli led the session, with Kohli spending considerable time perfecting his shots in the nets while Sharma focused on analyzing the pitch and ground conditions. Ishan Kishan, Shreyas Iyer, and Shubman Gill also worked hard in the nets, and the team was seen working on agility and reflexes with a football.

Rahul Dravid, accompanying Sharma, studied the pitch, and the Indian skipper gave a thumbs up to Dravid after inspecting it. The team is eager to exact revenge on the Kiwis after their loss in the 2019 World Cup semi-finals. The Kiwis, on the other hand, will be ready to face a resilient India and will look to turn the tide after losing to India in the group stage match in Dharamshala.

The India playing XI for the World Cup semi-finals will consist of Rohit Sharma, Shubman Gill, Virat Kohli, Shreyas Iyer, and Suryakumar Yadav as batters, and Ishan Kishan and KL Rahul as wicketkeepers. The seam all-rounders will be Shardul Thakur, spin all-rounders will be Ravindra Jadeja and Ravichandran Ashwin, and the seamers will be Jasprit Bumrah, Mohammad Shami, Mohammed Siraj, and Prasidh Krishna. The spinner will be Kuldeep Yadav.
